Around 10.15pm on Thursday, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan tweeted: “I appeal to everyone, have patience. Do not panic. Madhya Pradesh is likely to get vaccines by May 3. As soon as it arrives, we will start vaccinating youngsters for free.” This is why the planned vaccination campaign cannot start on May 1, the CM added. “We understand that there is a limit to production capacity. As and when vaccines come, we will start vaccinating the young,” he tweeted and told a group of doctors during a virtual discussion.
